Rodney, the owner of Spectrum Property Inspections was very helpful and informative throughout my home buying process. His report is very easy to understand with photos and videos. He was very thorough and used some of the coolest tools I’ve ever seen. He even took really nice aerial photos with his drone so I could get them printed on canvases. I don't think I could have had a more positive experience. Rodney was extremely well versed in customer service skills and made it a priority to make sure I was getting the best service, while also providing a bunch of education when answering any questions or letting me know what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything and let me know what each action meant and how it contributed to the inspection. The owner/representative was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and wanted to make sure you knew everything that was wrong. Rodney doesn’t only inform you, he shows you so that you don’t have to just take his word. He used the in person viewing/inspection as a way to teach and provide knowledge incase one doesn’t know or isn’t familiar with certain items. The experience was awesome.

I had a furnace issue and YouTube University wasn’t going to cut it this time around. I inquired and seen that Rodney was a plethora of certs and on top of that, he has massive knowledge of what he is doing and it showed in his work. Spectrum is highly recommended in my book and I have them on speed dial for anything else or even general knowledge.
